Shipping and Returns
Returns [sec A]
1.a We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all new products except for items listed in the
Exception Section (E). Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days may be returned directly to the manufacturer according
to their instructions.
2.a All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and
must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
3.a Shipping Damages or Shortages and Insurance Claims:
Packages should be checked upon delivery for damage or shortages. The carrier must be informed and note either of these conditions.

Service is responsible for all shipped packages. Junkestuff.com is not responsible for postal insurance claims. All claims must be filed by the person whose name is under the insurance.

If a mistake happened at the checkout, and you choose the wrong shipping method, please contact us within 48 hours, starting at the time of
the purchase. If we do not receive any type of communication (Phone, Email, Fax, IM) junkestuff.com will contact you after 48 hours.
We will contact you by phone and email. If there is no response from the purchaser after four business days, a refund will be processed.

Junkestuff.com's Delivery Methods. [sec C]
1.c Due to the cost of shipping by pounds, we will in some cases
deliver your products as separate bundles.
Example: If you purchase 24 items we
will divide them into 3 bundles each containing 8 items per box. All bundles will be shipped out at the same time. Sometimes bundles may
arrive at different times depending on the delivery service.
2.c Changing Original Packages:
Some products may be shipped in a different package instead of its original box or bag. (Used products, part and recovery products all falls under this rule.)
Refunds, Credits and returns policy [sec D]
1.d If a (New) product, purchased at junkestuff.ecrater.com, naturally malfunction or doesn’t perform its designed function within 30 days of purchase
the junkestuff.com will refund the full amount of the purchased merchandise. No restock fee. Domestic refund can up to one to 15 business days. International refunds can up to 15 to 28 business days.
Used merchandise has a 15 day money back. No money back on refurbished / parts / untested / or broken merchandise..
2.d Items may be returned only with prior authorization (RMA#).
3. d All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception junkestuff.com made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, the customer must contact us to obtain a return label.
Once an item is returned back to us a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or a full refund of the product will be issued for the full amount if the correct unit is unavailable. We must be informed about the incorrect merchandise within 7 days from the tracking delivery date.
4. d Unwanted Returns:
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 14% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in unused condition only.
5. d Refused Package:
All orders that are refused upon deliver will be canceled upon return. All money collected on said orders will be refunded less the shipping and handling charges plus a 14% restock fee.
6.d Refused Delivery:
Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Refused Package”, consequently they will be subject to a restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a refund will be issued, less
14% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.
7.d Incorrect Address, Not in or on 3rd delivery attempts or Change of Address Charges:
All orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to junkestuff.com due to the following: (incorrect address, no-one available to accept delivery, requests to change an address once the order has been placed) will be charged for the additional shipping to re-send the order.
Unfortunately, UPS and the USPS will not refund the shipping cost, and therefore we must pass this cost on if you have provided incorrect
information. Actually UPS charges us an additional fee per package, so please be sure to provide a valid address that a package can be
delivered to successfully.

1.g All Used and Reconditioned Merchandise are inspected and recorded before shipping out to the customer and recorded by media.
