Welcome to our Web Store site. By using our site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site. The term “Junk e Stuff user’s agreement” or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to Junk e Stuff the owner of the Store site. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our junkestuff.ecrater.com Store Site.

1. Acceptance of Agreement.
Beyond this point you must be 18 years of age or older to use this site.
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement (“Junk e Stuff user’s agreement”) with respect to our store site forward domain of (www.junkestuff.com and mobile site m.junkestuff.com that links to junkestuff.ecrater.com ) This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using this Site.

2. Copyright.
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section 4 below, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials. Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third parties.

3. Service Marks.
Junk e Stuff / (MPMGC) MP Merchandise Gumbo Company and others are our service marks or registered service marks or trademarks. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Limited License; Permitted Uses.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (a) to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with this Agreement; (b) to use the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to print out discrete information from the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other policies contained therein. No print out or electronic version of any part of the Site or its contents may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.

5. Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use.
Your license for access and use of the Site and any information, materials or documents (collectively defined as “Content and Materials”) therein are subject to the following restrictions and prohibitions on use: You may not (a) copy, print (except for the express limited purpose permitted by Section 4 above), republish, display, distribute, transmit, sell, rent, lease, loan or otherwise make available in any form or by any means all or any portion of the Site or any Content and Materials retrieved there from; (b) use the Site or any materials obtained from the Site to develop, of as a component of, any information, storage and retrieval system, database, information base, or similar resource (in any media now existing or hereafter developed), that is offered for commercial distribution of any kind, including through sale, license, lease, rental, subscription, or any other commercial distribution mechanism; (c) create compilations or derivative works of any Content and Materials from the Site; (d) use any Content and Materials from the Site in any manner that may infringe any copyright, intellectual property right, proprietary right, or property right of us or any third parties; (e) remove, change or obscure any copyright notice or other proprietary notice or terms of use contained in the Site; (f) make any portion of the Site available through any timesharing system, service bureau, the Internet or any other technology now existing or developed in the future; (g) remove, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any Site software or use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the Site architecture; (h) use any automatic or manual process to harvest information from the Site; (i) use the Site for the purpose of gathering information for or transmitting (1) unsolicited commercial email; (2) email that makes use of headers, invalid or nonexistent domain names, or other means of deceptive addressing; and (3) unsolicited telephone calls or facsimile transmissions; (j) use the Site in a manner that violates any state or federal law regulating email, facsimile transmissions or telephone solicitations; and (k) export or re-export the Site or any portion thereof, or any software available on or through the Site, in violation of the export control laws or regulations of the United States.


6. No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship.
Information contained on or made available through the Site is not intended to and does not constitute legal advice, recommendations, mediation or counseling under any circumstance and no attorney-client relationship is formed. We do not warrant or guarantee the accurateness, completeness, adequacy or currency of the information contained in or linked to the Site. Your use of information on the Site or materials linked to the Site is entirely at your own risk. We are not a law firm and the Site is not a lawyer referral service.


Unlawful Activity.
We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating known information about the perpetrator(s).

Shipping and Returns

Returns [sec A]

1.a We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all new products except for items listed in the
Exception Section (E). Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days may be returned directly to the manufacturer according

to their instructions.

2.a All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and
must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

3.a Shipping Damages or Shortages and Insurance Claims:
Packages should be checked upon delivery for damage or shortages. The carrier must be informed and note either of these conditions.
Any
damages or shortages must also be reported to junkestuff.com within 24 hours of receiving of your order. Postal Delivery
Service is responsible for all shipped packages. Junkestuff.com is not responsible for postal insurance claims. All claims must be filed by the person whose name is under the insurance.

Junkestuff.com's Shipping Selection and Shipping Rules [sec B]

1.b Holiday Discount Shipping Cost Per Transaction, Applies only to the 48 contiguous American states.

If a mistake happened at the checkout, and you choose the wrong shipping method, please contact us within 48 hours, starting at the time of
the purchase. If we do not receive any type of communication (Phone, Email, Fax, IM) junkestuff.com will contact you after 48 hours.
We will contact you by phone and email. If there is no response from the purchaser after four business days, a refund will be processed.

4.b For all 48 American States Only.

No refunds on wrong shipping selection so please choose right,
as your shipping method.

5.b Tracking is included provided by junkestuff.com

Junkestuff.com's Delivery Methods. [sec C]

1.c Due to the cost of shipping by pounds, we will in some cases
deliver your products as separate bundles.

Example: If you purchase 24 items we
will divide them into 3 bundles each containing 8 items per box. All bundles will be shipped out at the same time. Sometimes bundles may
arrive at different times depending on the delivery service.

2.c Changing Original Packages:
Some products may be shipped in a different package instead of its original box or bag. (Used products, part and recovery products all falls under this rule.)

Refunds, Credits and returns policy [sec D]

1.d If a (New) product, purchased at junkestuff.ecrater.com, naturally malfunction or doesn’t perform its designed function within 30 days of purchase
the junkestuff.com will refund the full amount of the purchased merchandise. No restock fee. Domestic refund can up to one to 15 business days. International refunds can up to 15 to 28 business days.

Used merchandise has a 15 day money back. No money back on refurbished / parts / untested / or broken merchandise..

2.d Items may be returned only with prior authorization (RMA#).

3. d All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception junkestuff.com made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, the customer must contact us to obtain a return label.
Once an item is returned back to us a correct replacement unit will be shipped out or a full refund of the product will be issued for the full amount if the correct unit is unavailable. We must be informed about the incorrect merchandise within 7 days from the tracking delivery date.

4. d Unwanted Returns:
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 14% restocking fee and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Merchandise must be in unused condition only.

5. d Refused Package:
All orders that are refused upon deliver will be canceled upon return. All money collected on said orders will be refunded less the shipping and handling charges plus a 14% restock fee.

6.d Refused Delivery:
Returns falling under this category will be treated as “Refused Package”, consequently they will be subject to a restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, a refund will be issued, less
14% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways.

7.d Incorrect Address, Not in or on 3rd delivery attempts or Change of Address Charges:
All orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to junkestuff.com due to the following: (incorrect address, no-one available to accept delivery, requests to change an address once the order has been placed) will be charged for the additional shipping to re-send the order.
Unfortunately, UPS and the USPS will not refund the shipping cost, and therefore we must pass this cost on if you have provided incorrect
information. Actually UPS charges us an additional fee per package, so please be sure to provide a valid address that a package can be
delivered to successfully.

Exception Section
for purchases, returns and refunds: [sec E]

1.e junkestuff.ecreator.com carries no responsibilities in...
(Accidental / Purpose Damaged Parts, Missing Parts, Tampered and Self Modified Returned Products) caused by consumer or delivery service

negligent; No refund will be granted by junkestuff.com, and the returned product(s) shipping cost will be on the customer who shipped the
returned product.

2.e No returns on, refurbished / parts / untested / or broken merchandise..

3.e Reconditioned merchandise can be sent to the original manufacture to be repair according to their instructions.

4.e Right of Refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse orders based under the junkestuff.com sales policy and terms and disclaimers. In addition, geographical area,
bad credit cards, bad checks, (tampered products) wrong item returns, a history of unwanted consecutive returns and charge backs with
junkestuff.com.

5.e Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall junkestuff.com or its affiliates accept liability for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the sales or delivery of goods or services. Regardless of whether a claim is based on a contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, nor shall buyers damages exceed the amount of the purchase price of the goods or services.

Products Conditions [sec F]

1.f Used merchandise may contain missing manual, parts, (minor) chips, scratches, marks, dents, extra care, maintenance.

2.f Original Product's Packaging may contain: small rips, small holes, missing film, writing, marks, impacted corners, worn out printing, design
or color.

Inspection of merchandise


Merchandise Inspections [sec G]

1.g All Used and Reconditioned Merchandise are inspected and recorded before shipping out to the customer and recorded by media.

2.g All item returns are inspected and recorded to compared with the product’s original conditions when purchase.

Coupons [Sec H]

1.h junkestuff.com give coupons through digital or material methods only in the United States of America.

2.h junkestuff.com has the right to deny any or all coupons claims by discretion of expired dates or fraudulent coupons.
